In the 2015 Feria de Abril in Seville, the bullfighter José María Manzanares returned to fight in the Maestranza. A highly anticipated event in Seville due to the bullfighter's absence in the 2014 season in the bullring where in previous years he had always been outstanding, even opening the Puerta del Principe (Prince's Gate) after a pardon in 2011.
For this event, he commissioned us to create an outdoor media campaign to show the return of the bullfighter to his beloved Seville. We developed several pieces that then filled the busiest spaces in Seville capital and its surroundings. An extensive MUPIS circuit, as well as a circuit of 8×3 billboards distributed along the access roads to the city and the nearest towns.
The campaign was a success, the bullring was sold out on each of the evenings that Manzanares fought.
Regarding the graphics, a photo montage was made including the basic elements: The Bullfighter and the Maestranza of Seville. A photographic development and post-production was carried out, mixing the movement with the passion of the bullfighter and the bull in the eyes of the Maestranza.
