Junta de Andalucía Turismo y Deporte - Sail GP

As part of one of the biggest sporting events in our province and which we have the pleasure to produce as SAIL GP in Cadiz, the Public Company for the Management of Tourism and Sport of Andalusia as main sponsor and sponsor of the Spain Sail Grand Prix | Andalusia - Cadiz, asked us for an activation plan throughout the commercial area (Race Village) of the races.

We designed and created a space in the Race Village where we had a terrace elevated 1.80 m above the ground, where attendees could climb and have privileged views of the race course. Also during the pre- and post-race periods, we projected a series of videos of tourism in all the provinces of Andalusia through digital media that were distributed throughout the Santa Bárbara promenade.

We organised the activation of the Junta de Andalucía's guest terrace, also located in the Race Village space.

And finally, we organised a cocktail reception for the SAIL GP Spanish Team, at the Castillo de Santa Catalina, where we had the opportunity to offer a space that suited the event, with guests such as Antonio Sanz, Minister of the Presidency, Interior, Social Dialogue and Administrative Simplification, and Arturo Bernal, Minister of Tourism, Culture and Sport, among other personalities. Both were in charge of welcoming the team, which was also attended by the CEO of SAIL GP, Russell Coutts.

All this happened on the weekend of the races, 24-25 September 2022.
